  2- All payments are processed through Paypal or by Mail Order Click here for mail order form.
      3- Shipping is $6.25 "per order" (not per manual) for priority mail shipping and delivery confirmation. This
 

  . applies to USA residents only! All manuals ordered must be shipped to the same address.
    4- All orders being shipped outside the USA will be $14.95 per order for Global Priority mail.
 

  We ship fast!  Most orders are shipped the same day and all orders are guaranteed to be shipped in
      48 hours or less by priority mail.
 

  5- NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON! Make sure all items in the cart are correct before checkout. No we won't refund shipping cost for any reason other then our error.
      Is the "Ship To Address" correct?
 

  Is the quantity correct?
      Is the model number correct?
      Does the shopping cart say "Instruction manual" or "Service manual"?
      What is on your receipt is what will be sent to you unless you contact us before it's shipped.

      7- Our services are intended for the individual sewer. Anyone trying to use our services for any other reason will be banned from the website.
      8-We don't wholesale, don't ask! We don't sell to re-seller's, don't ask! If you sell manuals, we have no desire to do business with you, don't ask!!!
      9-We reserve the right to reject any order at anytime for any reason.
      10- All manuals come with the intended instructions and information from the manufacturer. We never add, delete or change any information in the manuals. If the manual doesn't contain information you think it should, it's not our fault, we didn't write the manual.
