  2- All online payments are processed through Paypal. Services are also available by Mail Order. Click here
      3- Shipping is $5.00 "per order" (not per manual) for priority mail shipping and delivery confirmation. This
 

  . applies to USA residents only! All manuals ordered must be shipped to the same address.
    4- All orders being shipped outside the USA will be $12 per order for Global Priority mail.
 

  We ship fast!  Most orders are shipped the same day and all orders are guaranteed to be shipped in
      48 hours or less by priority mail.
 

  5- THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! Make sure all items in the cart are correct before you checkout.
      Is the quantity right?
 

  Is the model number right?
      Does the shopping cart say "Instruction manual" or "Service manual"?
      Please Don't email us later with "I wanted the service manual, not the Instruction manual"
      What is on your receipt is what will be sent to you unless you contact us before it's shipped.

      7- We don't wholesale, don't ask! Our services are intended for the individual sewer. 
      Anyone trying to use our services for any other reason will be banned from ordering.

      9- All manuals come with the intended instructions and information from the manufacturer. We never add, delete or change any information in the manuals. If the manual doesn't contain information you think it should, it's not our fault, we didn't write the manual.
